Zakat and corporate income tax (CIT)
Registering entities in ZATCA and registration cancelation. Preparing zakat and tax returns to be submitted to the ZATCA. Responding to the Authority's inquiries and instructing the client on how to respond. Reviewing zakat and tax assessments, preparing a memorandum of objection to the ZATCA and escalating it to the appellate committees.
Value-added tax (VAT)
Registering entities in ZATCA and registration cancelation. Preparing and submitting VAT returns. Review the integrity of the company's procedures for calculating and remitting VAT . Responding to the Authority's inquiries and instructing the client on how to respond. Reviewing tax assessments, preparing an objection note to the authority and escalating it to the appellate committees.
